Shipping Policy

The following Shipping Policy outlines the terms, costs, and conditions applicable to all orders placed on garmentworkshop.com. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the terms set forth below.

1. Shipping Destinations

Garment Workshop ships worldwide. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Italy and delivered through tracked courier services to ensure full traceability of every shipment.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once an order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and the courier's reference link to monitor the shipment in real time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, the weight, and the dimensions of the parcel. The exact shipping cost is automatically displayed at checkout, prior to order confirmation, allowing the Customer to review the full total before completing the purchase.

For non-standard shipments, oversized parcels, or remote destinations, an additional surcharge may apply. Any such surcharge will be clearly indicated at checkout before the order is finalized.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times, calculated from the date of dispatch, are as follows:

  • Italy: 3- 5 Days
  • European Union: 4 - 7 Days
  • Rest of the World: 5 - 10 Days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Garment Workshop. Garment Workshop cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the courier or by customs authorities.

5. Taxes and Customs Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union include all applicable VAT and require no further customs procedures.

For destinations outside the European Union, Garment Workshop ships under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) policy. The product prices displayed on the Website do not include local sales taxes, import duties, or customs fees applicable in the destination country. Such charges are collected directly by the courier at the time of delivery and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Customers residing outside the European Union are advised to verify the applicable taxes and customs duties in their country of residence before placing an order, in order to be fully informed of the final total cost.

Please note that any local sales taxes, import duties, or customs fees charged by the courier are non-refundable in the event of a return.

6. Failed Deliveries and Refused Shipments

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Garment Workshop cannot be held liable for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

In the event that a shipment is refused by the recipient, returned to sender due to non-collection, or undeliverable for reasons attributable to the Customer, any shipping fees, return charges, and applicable customs duties incurred will be deducted from the eventual refund.

7. Tracking and Shipment Monitoring

All orders are shipped with tracked services. Customers may monitor the status of their shipment at any time using the tracking number provided in the dispatch confirmation email.
