Refund policy
RETURN POLICY - GARMENT WORKSHOP
Timeframe We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The return request must be submitted within this timeframe through our dedicated form.
Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return: Log in to your account and request a return directly from your order page. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returns shipped without prior authorization.
Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items We do not accept returns for:
- Customised, made-to-measure or pre-order products
- Special orders
Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately via chat or email. We will assess the issue and find a solution at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the one you have and once your return is approved, place a new separate order.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
